Master’s degree in HR (from top B School preferred)
12+ years of experience as an HR generalist, with a robust track record of at least 2-3 years leading the function
Mature interpersonal style and strong communication skills and ability to influence the internal stakeholders to HR strategies and recommendations
Ability to take initiative and a strong desire to succeed and attain goals
A strong blend of forward-thinking, strategy and execution skills
Well versed with best HR practices in the IT services industry
Ability to travel to various locations in Jordan, the Middle East and other talent rich markets, including being able to negotiate expatriate packages
Job Responsibilities
Lead entire gamut of HR including strategic HR initiatives, hiring strategies, HR operations, L & D, attrition management & business HR for the company globally.
Create innovative HR culture / practices optimizing the use of strategy, technology and employee connect.
Drive social media presence and employer branding.
Manage strategic hiring of critical senior level positions in HO & other locations. Oversee the hiring of technology positions as per SOPs.
Develop impactful hiring practices to attract the best talent in the industry along with best in class HR policies
Identify and prioritize annual L&D plans of employees along with business / function heads / CEO
Design, implement, and monitor all Employee Engagement initiatives across the organization including managing huddles, leadership offsites, employee connect, Glassdoor & LinkedIn positioning. Manage and drive two-way internal communication
Lead HR operations and functional deliverables i.e. org chart, intranet, HRIS, PMS, leaves, OKR’s, quarterly performance reviews & exit management
